Happy Birthday Carter!

Oh, how the time flies! My precious baby girl just turned 8! Happy Birthday, sweetie!

Jaxson's sick tooth

Jax fell and hit his top tooth about 2 years ago, and recently it started turning a reddish/purple color. The dentist said it was "sick", that the pulp of the tooth was coming out. And if we didn't pull it, is could get infection and damage his permanent tooth. So, he had it pulled last week. He was such a trooper, he didn't even cry when they shot the novicane to numb it. What a big boy!! He didn't like the numb feeling it left in his lip for next couple of hours though. The funniest part was when we got home, he looked in the mirror and real casually said "I look like an idiot." A couple hours later, he came out of the bathroom and said, "Hey, Mom. Guess what? I'm getting used to the idiot." He is so funny. Anyway, he wanted me to post the before and after photos for you all! He probably won't get the permanent tooth for another year or so, so for now, he'll look like a hockey player!

Carter's Variety Show Dances

Carter's school has a Variety Show each year. This year Carter was in two dances - one with her Brownie Troop and one with her class. She had a great time and as always, we were so proud of her!
